The health and well-being of our students is a top priority at Early County High School. Our school nurse provides care for daily health needs, manages medications, and supports students with chronic conditions. We also work closely with families to ensure immunization compliance, manage health plans, and promote a safe, healthy school environment where students can thrive both physically and academically. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our school nurse, Joy Redding, for assistance.

Immunizations

The Georgia Department of Public Health logo features white letters DPH in a red rectangle.

Important Immunization Notice:
All students are required to have the MCV4 booster vaccine by their 16th birthday. Any student who is already 16 or will turn 16 before the first day of school (August 12, 2025) must have this updated immunization on file by that date. Students who do not have this on file will not be allowed to attend school or participate in athletics, extracurricular activities, or practices. If a student turns 16 after August 12, they must receive the booster within two weeks of their birthday.
